QUOTES & LAYOUTS

We’ll help you create the perfect event that’s all within your budget

Following your initial consultation, our event professionals will create an itemized quote for your review and budgeting purposes. When necessary, we can also provide a floorplan layout via our CAD technology. This layout will give you a visual rendering of the planned set up. If a tent is involved and you are uncertain of placement or need measurements taken, we do offer free site visits to help you clarify these details. Changes can be made by phone or e-mail to update your reservation as needed.

DELIVERY & SET UP

We will come to you!

We offer delivery and pick-up services during standard business hours for a small round-trip rate based on distance from our office. Deliveries outside of standard hours can be accommodated for an additional fee. Certain equipment such as tents, staging, lighting and dance floor do require delivery and installation by our trained professionals. Installation of these items is included in the rental rate at no additional cost to you. Set up of tables and chairs are an optional add-on service.
